Home Analysis & Props Recommendation Report™
This service will include a comprehensive walk through analysis with the homeowner. All home features, from curb appeal to paint colors and interior re-design will be addressed throughout the walk through. Photographs and re-design notes will be taken by the staging specialist during this process.
Following the walk through, the specialist will compile potential buyer demographic statistics with the home analysis data for the recommendation report. The homeowner will receive a copy of their Props Staging Recommendation Report™. This report will include details from the home analysis and a complete breakdown of staging recommendations determined by the staging specialist. Ambitious home owners can elect to complete the staging process on their own at this point, or move forward with a full or partial professional staging service.
Hands-on Stage and Re-design™
Upon completion of the home analysis, home sellers can move forward with a hands-on staging & re-design service. This service will entail working for you or along with you to implement the changes needed for the sale of your home. Our plan may include anything from decluttering to paint choices, furniture layout, home organizing, curb appeal assistance and more. Most of the time, we are able to utilize and/or re-purpose furniture and décor that already exists within your home.
In addition to preferred access to Props furniture & décor collection™, we can also supply home sellers with a list of preferred vendors and home services.
Fee- Pricing will be quoted based on the scale and extent of services needed to transform your home. Services can be tailored to fit within just about any budget.
* A partial credit for the initial Props Recommendation Report™ will be deducted from the total project cost if this option is selected.
Complete Hands-on Stage and Re-design™ with “Props”
Upon completion of the home analysis, home sellers can elect a complete hands-on staging & re-design service. This package is great option for vacant properties, bank owned properties, new home developments and homes requiring a wide range of services, design, and materials. This comprehensive service entails a complete property transformation which may include, but is not limited to, re-purposing existing furnishings, new decor sourcing (can be purchased or leased), curb appeal design, interior re-design, home organization, cleaning and waste disposal, and sub-contracting of any required services (repair, painting, landscaping etc.). Warning- When Props is through transforming and/or restoring your property to it’s paramount potential you may decide not to sell!
Fee- Pricing will be quoted based on the scale and extent of services needed to completely transform your home. Pricing will include the cost of design services, furnishings, and any outside services needed.
